From Baseball to Buildings
{FLASH BACK to 2011} I worked for the New York Yankees on their Sales team: selling season tickets, luxury suite events and working with major corporate partners. After my first year, I was offered a promotion (and I was also the first woman to move up in my department). In 2012 I was promoted again after retaining the most clients than anyone on staff. Soon after, I was called upon to start a brand new team - leading season ticket retention efforts and building out membership perks.
Upon my resignation in 2014, I was managing a client book of $15M, including partners such as Pepsi, Merrill Lynch, Metlife, Enterprise, Fox News & CBS.
After a series of backpacking & adventures, I returned to NYC and followed my heart into Real Estate. I was a founding Member and Co-Lead of the Chiappetta Sales Team at Highline Residential for 3 years. From there I moved into a position as an Agent Experience Manager within National Operations at Compass NYC.
Today, as an Agent Experience Manager (part Customer Support, part Implementation Manager) I manage a roster of Agents & Teams in NYC, focused on leading Platform Trainings & Workshops in Upper Manhattan.
