Emily was great! She listened to us and showed us apartments that matched what we were looking for. She found us a great apartment and then negotiated a $100 monthly rent discount. She was helpful and supportive throughout the process. We felt like we could really trust Emily. She encouraged us to see a building without her because we could only get a free month promotion at the building if we didn't go with a broker. Then when we were choosing between the building she showed us and that building we went to without her, she didn't put any pressure on us to choose the one that she had showed us. Emily was the best! This was my college graduate's first time renting in NY and it was a challenge to say the least.
